1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once your cancellation is confirmed, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may still return the product after receiving it by following our return policy.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

    • Opened or used stationery products.
    • Custom-made or special-order items.
    • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.
  • How to Initiate a Return:

    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds:

      • Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

4. Exchange Policy
