Consumer Awareness and Protection

We are happy to present the reference book Consumer Awareness and Protection for students and teachers. This book is prepared for Semester One of the B.Com. Honours Programme, based on the 2024 Four-Year Undergraduate Programme regulations of Calicut University. In today’s fast-changing world, this book aims to help students understand their consumer rights and make informed decisions in the marketplace. We believe it will be a useful resource for both teaching and learning.We do not claim the subject matter to be original. We are grateful to the authors of various reference books that helped us in preparing this work.
